Vintage late 80s long dolman sleeve mini dress in light blue with a rose, daisy, and hydrangea print. It has a low keyhole back, a ruffled skirt with long flowing tendrils of fabric, and a matching basque waist belt that secures with velcro. There are shoulder pads which can be easily removed with a seam ripper if desired.

Condition: Very good, with a 1/4” faint yellow spot at the front of the right underarm (not really noticeable due to the print), and some bends in the belt but it shouldn’t affect the wearability.
